Support for Ukraine - A New Phase

As of January 1, 2026, the three Zonta Clubs in Ukraine — Lviv, Lviv-Zamok, and Uzhhorod — have assumed responsibility for managing the funds generously donated by Zonta members worldwide since the onset of hostilities. These funds will now be used locally to provide the most appropriate support.

To all Zontians across the globe who have so generously demonstrated solidarity with Ukrainian Zontians and the people of Ukraine, we extend our heartfelt and sincere gratitude — both from the Zontians in Ukraine and from District 27. Your actions truly embody the Zonta spirit, standing together even in challenging times.

Further support initiatives can still be coordinated. Please contact Régine Deguelle, ZC Berlin 1989, who serves as Liaison Ukraine for District 27, to ensure proper follow-up and coordination.

We deeply appreciate the solidarity shown to District 27, and in particular Area 04 Ukraine, during this difficult period.

As we enter 2026, we wish Ukraine a year filled with hope and peace, honoring their resilience and perseverance.
